Armidale Synod

September 17, 2021 - September 19, 2021

Clergy and Lay representatives from around the Armidale Diocese gather to consider reports, pass legislation, and approve a budget for the 2021-2022 financial year.

October 8, 2021 - October 9, 2021

Join us in Glen Innes for faithful, relevant teaching from the Word of God; hearty, robustly masculine singing to the glory of God; opportunities for times of down-to-earth man-to-man sharing of Christian fellowship and encouragement; terrific food prepared and served by the local Show Society team; all set amongst the well-worn splendour of an Victorian-era Australian agricultural showground pavilion and surrounds.

Next Phase Conference 2021

November 5, 2021 - November 6, 2021

In every season of life as followers of Christ we should be asking, “How can I serve God best with the gifts he has entrusted to me to further his kingdom?” The Next Phase Conference 2021 is hoping to help people over 50 answer that question. My prayer is that, through encouragement from God’s word, brought to us by former Archbishop Peter Jensen, and through sharing from keen lay people, you will have your eyes opened to see possibilities for fruitful service in the life of churches all over the Armidale Diocese.

With electives on pastoral care, technology teams, lay preaching, lay locum work, evangelism teams, leading bible study groups and children’s ministry, there will be opportunity to learn, ask questions and find pathways into training.

If you would like to be part of the first Next Phase Conference in our diocese, you can register by clicking here.

I hope to see you there.
