Anglican Diocese of Armidale

The Anglican Diocese of Armidale exists to glorify God by introducing people to Jesus and helping them home to heaven.

Women's Events

  • Gingerbread House-making at Christmas – great outreach event for women. Ready-made kits can be purchased from Gingerbreadfolk, and this makes organisation much easier.
  • Ladies’ Master Chef evening, where women are grouped together to cook something. A novel idea and a good outreach event.
  • Women’s breakfasts – some women like to do breakfasts rather than evening events all the time.
  • Women’s Coffee and Dessert evenings.
  • Ladies’ Christmas Service and Dinner – this works well as a community event for fellowship and encouragement between churches.
  • Death By Chocolate Evening.
  • Christmas Craft – for example, making bon-bons.
  • Christmas memories and reflections evening.
  • Clothing Swap and Dessert Night – bring (prior to day) and swap children’s clothing.
  • Treasure Trade – bring (prior to day) and swap women’s clothing and/or books.
