Safe ministry essentials is for anyone who has never done the safe ministry training before, or for those whose certificate expired more than three months previously. This training will take 5-6 hours to complete and costs $10.

Safe ministry refresher is for those with a safe ministry certificate about to expire. You need to do a refresher course every three years to remain up-to-date. This training will take around 3 hours to complete and costs $5.
